Not sure what to use for lighting, here are some info to help you make a decision.
What is Kelvin in Lighting?
The Kelvin (K) scale measures the colour temperature of a light source—essentially, how "warm" or "cool" the light appears to the human eye.
It does not refer to heat, but rather the tone of the white light emitted:
-
Warm White (2700K–3000K)
Soft, yellowish light similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. Creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere.
– Ideal for: Living rooms, bedrooms, wardrobes -
Neutral White (3500K–4500K)
Balanced white light with less yellow. Feels clean and natural.
– Ideal for: Kitchens, offices, retail spaces -
Cool White / Daylight (5000K–6500K)
Bright, bluish-white light that mimics daylight. Enhances clarity and focus.
– Ideal for: Bathrooms, workspaces, display cabinets
