A large area where design has caused issues for installers is with the evolving trend for ever larger cabinet and wardrobe doors.
Larger doors, however, put a greater stress on the fittings and materials used to produce them. One possible result, particularly with composites, is that the door will warp.
In Europe, where they have been making doors from thinner materials for some time, it is standard practice to reinforce with tensioner bars. Fortunately, Sugatsune has found a solution that prevents warping. The whole system can also be completely concealed. The rod has a threaded sleeve section, which, when turned by a hex key from the end, applies tension to bring the door back to a straight and true position. 
The TN421 cannot be cut down; adjustment is only by a few millimetres.
Door overall height has to be at least 60mm taller for the bar itself to fit.
